As a mental health professional & a mom, I struggled with finding engaging tools that helped little kids learn about feelings & manage them in a way that actually grabbed their attention and they could remember–something that met them at their kid level and helped the adults who support them.
So I created Littles Bloom to give you & them those tools!
1:1 coaching support is based on my Masters education in Marriage Family Therapy, my research in Attachment Science, Emotion-Focused Therapy, experience of working with littles & parents in therapy & my real life in the trenches mom moments with my big feelings little guy.
